Last night, around 1am EST epic encountered a fire in the data center.
Because of this, they were forced to load a backup from March 9th to quickly get everything up and running again.
If you made a purchase or extended.your service between the days of March 9th and March 16 and find your Epic service is no longer working, please reach out to us by creating a service ticket and we will get you up and running quickly!
