Our website went down today as many of you found out.
We were able to restore from our backups and no information has been lost, all Services should be up and running...
That said, some users may have received emails from our automation system saying invoices are due or accounts are being suspended.
This is not the case, and is a by-product of restoring our database from and not having some date/time stuff set up properly on the server.
If you are concerned that something may not be right, please log into your account on the website and check your expiry dates or invoices to double check.
If you find any problems, please reach out to our support desk through the ticket system and let us know.
Please be aware that it may take a bit longer than usual to respond to all the tickets due to the outage.
