Good afternoon, We are no longer taking new orders for ipnerds+ at this time. This was a decision we made because the last couple of days the service has gone offline at least 30 minutes and a few of the Canadian sports stations are offline. We were told by the provider the outage is caused by ongoing efforts to increase server capacity. This may be great news in the future, but we don't want customers paying for a service they can't use now. Clients that are already existing ipnerds+ customers may continue to renew by paying their invoices or they can try a different service if they wish. Once the issues have been resolved for a month or so, we may consider opening up to new orders again. In short, we still have ipnerds available, just not for new customers because reliability is our top concern. If you have any questions feel free to reach out to our support team.
