People entering invalid mac addresses (ones that don't start with 00:1A:79) have started to overload the system. If you're one of those people, your order will be refunded and cancelled.
If you place the order the second time, your order will be refunded and your IP banned from placing future orders.
There is a checkbox at checkout when placing orders for MAC based accounts and you must acknowledge you are inputting the correct info. There is no excuse for false info to be entered.
