Since launching the new website, there seems to be some confusion regarding Service Renewals.
Previously, users had to visit the website each month and place a "new order" to extend their service.
This is no longer the case.
Going forward, much like a traditional TV company...all you need to do is pay your monthly invoice.
Your monthly invoice will be automatically emailed to you 7 days before your service expires.
Example:
Let's assume you have a monthly cell phone plan. Each month, your bill comes due and you simply log in and pay your bill. There is no need to CREATE a new service with a new phone number, instead, you simply pay your monthly invoice and your existing phone service extends another month.
